Grupo Energía Bogotá Foundation
The Grupo Energía de Bogotá Foundation was established on September 30, 2008 and founded by Grupo Energía Bogotá S.A. ESP (GEB) and Transportadora de Gas Internacional S.A. ESP (TGI) to create an instrument to formulate, develop and lead programs, projects and initiatives that contribute to the progress and improvement of the socioeconomic and cultural conditions of the communities located in the areas where the Group's companies are present.
The administrative headquarters of the Foundation are in Bogotá and it has been in charge of different initiatives and projects since it was created at a national level that recognize society’s needs and aim to take advantage of the Group's strengths, resources and experience to promote a genuine relationship with communities, create shared value and contribute to the sustainable development of the territories of influence.
The Foundation is a non-profit legal entity under private law, for public service with legal and financial autonomy, subject to the Colombian legal regime.
